How do I place an order?

What is the minimum order?
One pound for bulk tea and botanicals. Custom blends start at 50 lb, which suits small brands and roasters testing a new product.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock items ship in 1–2 business days. We keep stock in several US locations, so you don't wait on ocean freight. Custom blends take 7 business days or less, depending on volume, ingredients and number of SKUs.
Are you a direct supplier or a middleman?
Direct. Firsd Tea North America is a long-term partner of Zhejiang Tea Group and TransWorld, among China's largest tea exporters. Zhejiang Tea Group owns and runs tea fields and factories across China. You buy as close to the source as possible, without brokers, customs paperwork or arranging ocean freight.
Where do your teas come from?
Mostly from our producers' farms and factories across China, in operation since 1950, and from trusted growers worldwide. We see every step, from planting and harvest to processing and packing.
Are your teas organic?
Many are. We carry a large range of USDA Organic teas and botanicals, and offer Rainforest Alliance and Kosher certified options too.
Which certifications do you offer, and do you supply COAs?
USDA Organic, Kosher, Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade, depending on the product. COAs, spec sheets and product certificates are always available on request.
Do you make custom and private label blends?
Yes, from concept to fulfillment: sourcing, formulation and packaging. Minimum 50 lb per blend, ready in 7 business days or less.
Do you work with coffee roasters?
Yes. Roasters adding tea to their line get low minimums, fast custom blends, organic options and full origin traceability.
