Firsd Tea’s OCAH004 Organic Lemon Myrtle provides strong, lemon fragrance and flavor. Lemon myrtle offers some of the most concentrated amounts of aromatic compounds like citral, citronellal and linalool. It is considered more lemony than lemon, and does so without the intense citric acid in lemons.
