This Ceylon mid-grown black tea is a bistre colored leaf with sweet aromas. The liquor brews to a coppery and bright cup with brisk flavor and mild puckery character that Ceylon black teas are known for.

Common uses
- Blenders can use Ceylon in Earl Grey, breakfast blends and other black tea blends
- Craft brewers use 1-2 lbs per BBL along with lemon and other fruit combinations
